Domestic Shipping
$10 for all orders or $15 for Express Shipping. Express shipping is FREE on all orders over $120.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from Byron Bay. It will take 2-3 days via Australia Express Post or 2-8 days via Standard Shipping anywhere in Australia.
We use real ingredients without adding any preservatives, stabilisers or numbers - this means our chocolate can be heat sensitive. Please keep in mind that most deliveries are by road and your choccies could end up spending a weekend or a night in a depot. Please consider this if you choose to make your purchase during warmer weather as we cannot take responsibility for melted products. (We will do our best not to ship on extremely hot days). We want your chocolate to arrive as perfect as the day it was made.
Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the package, we do not take responsibility for packages left unattended.

Please note:
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays to avoid orders being stuck in transit. We do our best to protect your order using heat protective materials during the warmer months. Should your chocolate melt in transit unfortunately we can't be held responsible for this.
Refund Policy
We are producing daily, which means only chocolate that meets our strict quality standards will make it out the door. We are unable to exchange/refund change of mind orders. We are not able to accept returns for any reason due to the perishable nature of our products.
